Now that all my classes have moved onto Zoom, I'm spending even more of my day staring at a screen than I normally do. I know many of you are in the same situation, whether its with online classes or working from home. This year, my class load has been very studio-heavy, and with that comes extended periods of screen-time for things like working with the Adobe suite.
I purchased this pair of blue light glasses last semester to see if they would help prevent my eyes from being strained. I have to say, whether it's a placebo effect or not, I've definitely noticed enough of a difference to make it worthwhile to wear them. Bluelight glasses come in so many chic designs that I think they can even add to an outfit! In this post, I wanted to share some of my favorites from around the web (hello, social distancing = online shopping!) in case anyone is looking for a pair to help combat their increased screen time in the midst of self-isolation.
